On Tuesday 25th June, Miss Shore took 8 year 6's to The Vyne to compete against 9 other primary schools in 4 different events. All the children took part in a sprint, a 600m long distance race, a long jump and a howler throw. They also took part in the relay at the end. There were some excellent individual achievements, including George's howler throw which was so long, it went further than the measuring tape put out to measure it, Emillie and Joel coming first in their long jumps and Coco coming 3rd overall in the long distance race.  All the children competed brilliantly and showed fantastic team spirit. Great sportsmanship was also shown throughout with the other competing schools. Overall, the children came 5th, an excellent achievement.
