Today we welcomed Reverend Jo into school to lead our termly Eucharist during this season of Lent.

We shared a reading from Mark 1: 9-15 and heard prayers written by some of our Year 6 pupils.

These are always special occasions at St Mary's and the Year 5 and 6 pupils showed respect throughout.

 

Dear God,

Help us to remember that Lent is a time for giving up something valuable, help us to remember the great blessing it is and to bring some blessing to others.
