One of the children in year 5 entered a photograph competition, along with 29 other young people aged between 8 and 17 and was one of the winners of the "Pink Lady" apples photography competition.  The winner also got to attend a winners' photography workshop with award-winning photographer David Loftus and snap happy CBBC presenter, Barnet Harwood, in January this year.

The competition was set up to help grow the next crop of budding photographers, enabling young people to tap into their creativity and express themselves in an ever more visual world.
