On Wednesday 23rd January, the whole of year three went on a music trip to the Anvil Theatre to watch a concert given by the Philharmonia Orchestra. Guided by Paul Rissman, composer and music educator, the children experienced the wonderful sound of the symphony orchestra as well as listening to a wide range of classical music. This year the audience participation piece was based on the picture book "Leon and the Place Between". As ever, this was a fun way to experience live music and learn more about the different instruments.
