This year’s tournament was held at Aldworth School on 15^th January with a large number of both boys and girls competing and the overall standard higher than ever!  All the children from St Mary’s played exceptionally well in the opening games, with the majority earning a place in the last 16 knock out competition.  After some very tough opposition, the finals were eventually decided and both the boys and girls finals were between St Mary’s and St John’s.  I am pleased to say that we won both finals resulting in gold medals for both Harry and Imogen, an amazing achievement bearing in mind the exceptionally high standard of competitors.  Good luck to Harry and Imogen who have now qualified for the County Final on 3^rd February.  Thank you to all the parents who stayed and supported, and a big thank you to all our children who displayed exemplary behaviour and sportsmanship throughout.
