Year 6 enjoyed their penultimate visit to St Mary’s Church on Monday as part of their pilgrimage. It was a wonderful day full of different activities including: gargoyle making, stain glass window painting and origami. Many more activities were enjoyed throughout the day and there were talks from Mr Gibbs and Reverend Heather about their time at St Mary’s. They explored what a pilgrimage was and discussed the journey they have been on as part of their time here. The children will enjoy a final leaver’s service on Wednesday to reflect and wish them well for Year 7.
